Content: This seminar will focus on the applications of quantum computing (QC) with a focus on security-related use cases. To get a higher priority in the matching, you can solve this challenge (source) send us your solution to the e-mail address below.
The first part will consist of exercises to introduce important algorithms and concepts. This includes the Quantum Fourier Transform, Amplitude Amplification, the basics of Quantum Machine Learning, and the problem of noisy machines. For the second and bigger part, one advanced topic must be chosen, implemented, and presented.
Possible choices are:
- Quantum Machine Learning Topics
- Solving Semi Definite Programs
- Shor and its generalization
- Quantum Singular Value Transformation
Other topics can be proposed.
